  • Support the objects (purposes) of the Company.
  • Have read the Company’s Constitution and agree to be bound by it as a Member.
  • Agree to the guarantee in the Constitution: if the Company is wound up while I am a Member (or within one year after I cease to be a Member), I will contribute to the Company’s property an amount not exceeding $1 for the matters set out in the Constitution.
